# Mouse.wheel() method

Dispatches a `mousewheel` event.

**Signature:**

```typescript
class Mouse {
  wheel(options?: MouseWheelOptions): Promise<void>;
}
```

## Parameters

## Example

An example of zooming into an element:

);

const boundingBox = await elem.boundingBox();
