feat(Frame): add click(), focus(), hover(), tap() and type() (#1970)

This patch adds frame shortcuts to drive input:
- `Frame.click()`
- `Frame.focus()`
- `Frame.hover()`
- `Frame.tap()`
- `Frame.type()`
