Classes that allow stateless monads to be "unlifted" into a base monad.

- `MonadUnliftEffect`: Run any compatible monad in `Effect`
- `MonadUnliftAff`: Run any compatible monad in `Aff`
- `MonadUnlift`: Run any compatible monad in any base monad.
