fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

Frame.addScriptTag() method

Adds a <script> tag into the page with the desired url or content.

Signature:

class Frame {
  addScriptTag(
    options: FrameAddScriptTagOptions
  ): Promise<ElementHandle<HTMLScriptElement>>;
}

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
options FrameAddScriptTagOptions Options for the script.

Returns:

Promise<ElementHandle<HTMLScriptElement>>

An element handle to the injected <script> element.
