fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

ElementHandle.boundingBox() method

This method returns the bounding box of the element (relative to the main frame), or null if the element is not visible.

Signature:

class ElementHandle {
  boundingBox(): Promise<BoundingBox | null>;
}

Returns:

Promise<BoundingBox | null>
