fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

EventEmitter.listenerCount() method

Gets the number of listeners for a given event.

Signature:

class EventEmitter {
  listenerCount(event: EventType): number;
}

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
event EventType the event to get the listener count for

Returns:

number

the number of listeners bound to the given event
