fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer () 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

Page.emulateTimezone() method

Signature:

class Page {
  emulateTimezone(timezoneId?: string): Promise<void>;
}

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
timezoneId string (Optional) Changes the timezone of the page. See ICU’s metaZones.txt for a list of supported timezone IDs. Passing null disables timezone emulation.

Returns:

Promise<void>
