fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

PDFOptions.preferCSSPageSize property

Give any CSS @page size declared in the page priority over what is declared in the width or height or format option.

Signature:

interface PDFOptions {
  preferCSSPageSize?: boolean;
}

Default value:

false, which will scale the content to fit the paper size.
