fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

Page.setCacheEnabled

Page.setCacheEnabled() method

Toggles ignoring cache for each request based on the enabled state. By default, caching is enabled.

Signature:

class Page {
  setCacheEnabled(enabled?: boolean): Promise<void>;
}

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
enabled boolean (Optional) sets the enabled state of cache

Returns:

Promise<void>

Default value:

true
