fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150) 
This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

Page.setDefaultNavigationTimeout() method

This setting will change the default maximum navigation time for the following methods and related shortcuts:

Signature:

class Page {
  setDefaultNavigationTimeout(timeout: number): void;
}

Parameters

Parameter Type Description
timeout number Maximum navigation time in milliseconds.

Returns:

void
