# JSHandle.evaluate() method

Evaluates the given function with the current handle as its first argument.

#### Signature:

```typescript
class JSHandle {
  evaluate<
    Params extends unknown[],
    Func extends EvaluateFunc<[this, ...Params]> = EvaluateFunc<
      [this, ...Params]
    >
  >(
    pageFunction: Func | string,
    ...args: Params

```
