fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150 )

This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

LaunchOptions.ignoreDefaultArgs property

If true, do not use puppeteer.defaultArgs() when creating a browser. If an array is provided, these args will be filtered out. Use this with care - you probably want the default arguments Puppeteer uses.
