This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition, some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show default values on the documentation site. Also fixes: https://github.com/puppeteer/puppeteer/pull/9144

Signature:

overridePermissions(origin: string, permissions: Permission[]): Promise<void>;
}
Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Description |

| origin | string | The origin to grant permissions to, e.g. "https://example.com". |
| permissions | Permission[] | An array of permissions to grant. All permissions that are not listed here will be automatically denied. |
