fix: update documentation on configuring puppeteer (#9150 )

This PR updates the docs regarding configuring puppeteer. In addition,
some changes have been made to the documentation generator to show
default values on the documentation site.

Page.$x() method

The method evaluates the XPath expression relative to the page document as its context node. If there are no such elements, the method resolves to an empty array.

Signature:

  $x(expression: string): Promise<Array<ElementHandle<Node>>>;
}
